Product Design & Build | 2026An internal marketing template library for a wealth management platform, designed and built end to end. Client Marketers pull on-brand, approved collateral in a few clicks instead of waiting in a design request queue.
Every advisor request funneled through one designer. The same pieces were rebuilt from scratch each time, and there was no single place to find the current approved version.
A searchable library organized by format: presentation, social post, doc, whiteboard, logo, one-pager, business card, poster, ad, and custom size.
A White Label view that drops advisor name, firm, and headshot into any template, so one master piece serves an entire roster.
Public and private states, so only reviewed templates reach the wider team.
A home screen built around search, category shortcuts, and recents, for people opening it between client meetings.
Designed in the browser and vibe coded into a working app, then deployed on Vercel. No engineering ticket, no handoff, no spec document. The design and the build were the same conversation.
Design moves from a service queue to a self-serve system. The designer’s job becomes maintaining the system rather than filling the same request twice.
